While the Other Stories is just my favorite brand, I can agree with comments of other people, that find the service in this particular shop is pretty bad. I leave in Amsterdam only for a year, but have been in this shop quite a few times. First of all I don’t understand why they always ask people to put garments back on hangers in the dressing room. I believe this is a job of a shop worker. Second of all, when you are buy something just 2 minutes later than shop is closing they are soo pissed... but we are talking about 2 minutes, not 15! I was living in Barcelona before, and service there is much much better! As for the garments - they are my favorite, the combo of quality for price is just great 👌
Shop was nicely laid out. Not too stuffed to the brim in terms of the clothes and you can actually move around with bumping into someone. Only thing I didnt like was the funky smell by the stairs even though it was right opposite the fragrance section
I was there like 2 weeks ago, the store was smiling really bad and there was no clothes for man. But they have nice dresses for woman
Poor delivery services. Interface with DHL not working, a lot of time consumed with trying to recover the pickup code of de pickup machine. I had ordered a package at home after all. It was not only delivered elsewhere, but also I was lost with conflicting emails, notifications and missing codes. Will not order again.

Very poor experience. Knew the shop closed at 18h30 and went into the store at 18h20 to pick up a shirt I had previously tried on and had since decided to buy. I knew where it was located, only had to get it and purchase however I was told the store was closed and that I could not make my purchase and asked to leave. I was told that they don’t close at 18h30 but the last person walks out the door at 18h30. Very misleading to have this as your closing time when that is not what you mean. Very poor service to miss a sale that would have taken 2 minutes.
